The Dashboard is the main tool to refund your customers. You can issue refunds regardless of the Yotta Pay service involved, be it Faster Checkout or face-to-face transaction. Here’s how you do it:
Log in to your Dashboard.
Find the transaction you want to refund.
Copy the corresponding link that you can find under the Refund Link column.
Send it to your customer.
Ask the customer to open the link and fill out the form.
Open your Yotta Pay and open the Wallet page.
There you will find the request for a refund from the customer, which was generated automatically.
After you click Pay the customer will receive the refund.
