Although there are several ways to pay, e.g. through our ethical payments™ terminals, via our QR codes, or shareable payment links, the customer will always be redirected to the same payment page in the mobile browser. Once customer taps their phone on a payment terminal or scans a QR code, a notification will appear, which they can click to lead them to a payment page. After they click it, they will see the amount you have requested, your business details, sort code and account number so that they know who they are paying. By clicking Pay, they will be redirected to their mobile banking app where they will be able to pay immediately, without the need to enter any bank details. If the customer clicks on a payment link, they will be led directly to the payment page.
